We'd love to hear from you. Whether you're looking for a particular Arabic record, need help choosing a gift, or have a question about an order or shipping, send us a message using the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Before you write

• Shipping: we ship worldwide from the UAE. International orders are shipped DDU, so any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery. See our shipping policy for details.
• Returns: read our refund policy.
• Common questions: our Arabic vinyl FAQ covers buying, pricing and caring for your records.
• Looking for a record we don't list? Tell us the artist and album — we're always adding new titles.
